Your impact
As a Research Scientist Intern working on model and agentic training, you will play a pivotal role in extending the frontier of LLM capabilities. In a creative, fast-moving, and interdisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and domain experts to conceive, design, and build capabilities that push beyond the boundaries of today's models.
You will both partner with teams across our existing research areas and originate and lead standalone projects, bringing together scientists and engineers from a range of disciplines to tackle some of the most ambitious challenges in LLM modelling and agentic systems.
Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to provide technical mentorship to others and to help shape our research roadmap.
What you will do
- Contribute to core AI research by pushing the frontier of LLM capabilities in financial intelligence
- Engage in end-to-end LLM and agentic training
- Collaborate with other members of technical staff and domain experts, and communicate research findings and progress clearly and efficiently
- Propose and take initiatives in team collaborations to meet ambitious research goals
Depending on your experience:
- Offer technical mentorship and help shape our research roadmap through deep technical expertise
- Initiate, lead and run ML research projects, building collaborative teams to solve high-priority modelling problems
What we look for
- Strong research experience in machine learning or computer science
- Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience in LLM or agentic training
- A passion for pushing the frontier of LLM and agentic capabilities into new domains
- Publications at top-tier conferences, journals, or other leading venues in relevant fields
- Prior experience in LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, agentic self-evolution is a plus
